Much Ado About Nothing (in English) - 2006


This was Parisa’s first project with The Madrid Players, English-speaking theatre company in Madrid.

This play, in which Parisa played the role of the untamable Beatrice, showed at Sala TIS in Madrid, with great success with the audience, in the summer of 2006.


A Strindberg Sonata - 2007


This play, written by Emilio Williams and directed by Victor Duplá, was a series of monologues for women, finishing with a monologue based on the story of Maher Arar, an American citizen of Syrian origin, who was a victim of the policy of extraordinary rendition of the US government.

Enigman Theater showed this play at Sala TIS in Madrid in the winter of 2007 and later on at the University of Salamanca in the summer of the same year


Happy Endings for Rueful Masses (V.O. en ingles) - 2007


This play, created with the philosophy of giving happy endings to the great tragic classics of theatre, was written and directed by Schuyler Hedstrom and performed at Matadero3 in Madrid in December 2007, as well as at the beginning of 2008.

In this play, Parisa played the role of Laura in “The Glass Menagerie”


If I Lived it is for Something I always Think – 2008


Emilio Williams wrote this play based on the book by journalist Mónica Sánchez “En Dos”, a series of real, intimate and very personal stories about immigration in Spain.

This play was performed by Enigman Theater at Sala Karpas in Madrid in the summer of 2008, with Parisa Aryán, Marta Rubio and Pablo Olewski.


Vagina Monologues – 2008

Trees Die Standing Tall - 2009


This outstanding play by Alejandro Casona has been produced by Producciones Aryán, directed by Joaquín Navamuel and performed at Teatro Victoria in Madrid in April and May 2009, as well as in Noblejas (Toledo) and at the I Theatre Festival Villa de Santoña (Cantabria).

In this play, Parisa plays the part of Isabel.

The project is currently ongoing, with performances scheduled in Madrid for autumn 2009, as well as in Alcalá de Henares and other parts of Spain.
